When they ask me “Can you tell us a bit more about your training programme?” my answer is “Why don’t you experience it first hand?”. And so it began the discussion with the MIA on working together to improve the current Digital skills of the motorsport industry professionals. It was also the case to study and provide the MIA with a full review of their activity and present an audit of where they are in terms of Digital Strategy.
We do go to companies and deliver there and then an overview and appreciation of modern technique, tools and best practices. So we did with the MIA. Constructive feedback is the best, but here was more a case of “wow, the industry as a whole is really behind and we need to act on this”.
