CIM? OH, YES!
It does not happen every day that an institution like the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) accredits a member of the Motorsport Industry. Actually, it has never happened before. Paolo Callea is the first motorsport professional to become a member of the CIM.
The next question is clearly how do you become a member? Well, here it is a case of a mixture of practical experience, having covered marketing managerial positions, but also having an academic education in marketing and most importantly teaching experience. If you tick all these boxes for an extended length of time and can demonstrate a valid input in your own field then uncle’s bob.
